The Panther Creek Book Award in Non-Fiction

Our inaugural cycle of the Panther Creek Book Award has concluded, and we are pleased to announce here the list of semi-finalists, finalists and winner of the award.  We wish to thank ALL the writers who have entrusted us with their work, who have submitted their manuscripts to us.  We’d also like to take this opportunity to say just how wonderful these manuscripts were, how talented these wonderful writers are — an avalanche of talent.  We’d like to congratulate Tuan Phan of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, author of the winning memoir, Remembering Water.  He will receive the monetary prize of $1,000 and his manuscript will be published by Hidden River Press, an imprint of Hidden River Publishing.

The deadline for the next cycle of the Panther Creek Award is April 15, 2020.  Submissions will be accepted beginning January 1, 2020.  Please see our guidelines for more details.
